I don’t found my radioactive lenses in any of my worlds, I just know that I save this item on the bank. Can know why or what happened here.

if you cant find the bank in your world with the lenses you probably should go to another world with bank and see if its there.

Is the same bank, don’t make difference. I just make it and can’t found the lenses.

I just know that I lost a 2.2 million price item and don’t make anything with this. I was saving this for a set and know I can’t found it.

It’s possible a rollback happened and you were leaving the game so didn’t notice.

That said if you waste support time they won’t appreciate it. Unless you are sure you could be seen as lieing to get an item…

I’m not lying, is just an item that I have to make a set. I don’t need it because I have more sets, before comment you have to know everything happen to me and story beside this, have a nice day.
