Like @Logan said, forums won’t be a use for you to be unbanned and it’s certaintly not the right place to appeal your ban.
Those 2 threads were made for a reason (and there is also the “READ BEFORE POSTING” for a reason as well 
)
That being said, all i can recommend you is to wait an answer from support.
