Support can take a while to answer and as one of the pinned threads says (the one about ban threads) “Forums is not support” so it’s definitely not here you’ll get a response from an Admin about any problem you may have as all should be solved by the help of support.
Being patient when you contact support is the key though, keep in mind they have hundreds, if not thousands of emails to deal with everyday so to get to yours, it’ll take some time.
